Osram’s T8 & Dulux D Energy Savers

Osram’s new LUMILUX T8 Energy Saver (ES) fluorescent tubes and DULUX D Energy Saver (ES) compact fluorescent lamps enable energy costs to be reduced by up to 10% compared with the corresponding conventional lamps.

These lamps have been designed for use in existing lighting systems fitted with conventional control gear. They are especially well suited to systems where a complete system change including gear is not feasible.

The LUMILUX T8 ES is available in 32W & 51W these replace the basic 36W & 58W lamps. They produce a 10% energy saving and an increased life of 15,000 hours. These energy savings correspond to a reduction in CO2 emissions of 70Kg over the life of the lamp.

The DULUX D ES is available in 16W & 23W these replace the basic 18W & 26W lamps. They also produce a 10% energy saving with a reduction in CO2 emissions of 10Kg over the life of the lamp.

With the DULUX D ES lamp Osram have a unique position in the market as no other manufacturer has a comparable product.
